Don't know how to use GPRime/GP-Start and would like some help?

If you require assistance with our online applications, would more information about your account, or would like to shown how to use a certain feature, please contact Head Office during office hours requesting a tutorial.

I got an error? What do I do now?

CCCGPT works really hard to ensure that your user experience with our online applications is a smooth and an uninterrupted process. If you encountered an error in the midst of using our website or with one of our online applications, please do the following:

  • If you can, please try and retain the error on your screen, or copy or paste the error details on to a blank work document.
  • If you haven’t got this information, please note the time and the date, and what you were doing at the time you encountered the error. The more specific you are with the information you provide, the greater the probability that the issue will be resolved.
  • Contact Head Office during office hours indicating that you have encountered an error on one of our online applications.

With the information you have provided, CCCGPT will endeavour to resolve the technical issue in a timely manner. You will be kept informed and up-to-date with any progress that has been made on your technical issue. If a technical fix cannot be found, then CCCGPT will endeavour to find an alternative solution that meets your needs.
