GPET has arranged for GP registrars to gain free access to an online resource for medical practitioners - "omnus". The site includes daily updates on Australian and international developments and clinical trials; online CPD; a medical search engine; Australia’s largest collection of patient fact sheets; a weekly e-newsletter; and conference information.

To register, registrars can go to www.omnus.com.au and click on the "Apply for access" link on the upper right of the home page. To receive free registration, registrars must put "GP registrar" in the job title field and mention GPET.
